Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indonesian law to purchase from Original Luwak. If purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Use of the Site
You may use originalluwak.com solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You will not interfere with the security or integrity of the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use any automated tools to extract data without prior written consent.
Products & Authenticity
Original Luwak specialises in authentic kopi luwak sourced from cooperatives and family farms that adhere to ethical animal welfare standards. Every lot is documented with origin, processing method, harvest period, and a unique batch reference.
Because coffee is an agricultural product, slight variations in sensory profile may occur between harvests. We do not guarantee uniformity across batches, but we do guarantee authenticity, traceability, and ethical sourcing.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. An order is confirmed once payment clears and we issue an order confirmation by email.
- Prices are quoted in USD or IDR as displayed at checkout
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, card networks, PayPal, and e-wallets
- Pricing or descriptive errors permit us to cancel and refund any affected order
- Bulk and wholesale orders are governed by separate commercial terms
Shipping & Export
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. International shipments require additional time for export documentation (phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin) and customs clearance. Lead times will be confirmed in your sales contract or order confirmation.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when goods are handed to the carrier per the Incoterms agreed for that shipment. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges at the destination are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence and the batch ID. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
- Opened roasted coffee cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective
- Bulk green bean and custom orders are non-refundable once shipped
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days
Intellectual Property
All content on originalluwak.com — including text, photography, branding, cupping notes, infographics, and software — is the exclusive property of Original Luwak or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
- Using the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Misrepresenting yourself or your affiliation
- Scraping or harvesting data without our written consent
- Interfering with site security or other users' enjoyment
Disclaimer & Warranty

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Original Luwak, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
